A Christmas Eve party turned deadly when a man was fatally stabbed inside a Parkchester building. Police say they have the killer in custody.

The holiday horror started at around 2:09 a.m. when Pelham Bay resident George Talavera was stabbed once in the neck during a Christmas Eve party. The 33-year-old bled out and died almost instantly. EMS pronounced him dead inside the apartment at 2033 McGraw Avenue where the attack occurred.

Yesterday, detectives from the 43rd Precinct arrested 34-year-old David Delgado of Brooklyn for the murder. Investigators said the victim had gotten into a dispute with another man who proceeded to stab Talavera once in the neck.

Talavera leaves behind a five-year-old daughter.
